By accessing or using the Orbezio application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, sessions, and any activity occurring under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

All subscription transactions are processed securely. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled in your billing dashboard. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Third-Party Integrations (Google Calendar)

Orbezio provides optional synchronization with the Google Calendar API. By enabling this integration, you grant Orbezio permission to read, write, and manage calendar events. We do not store your credentials directly; authentication is managed securely via OAuth2 protocols.

5. Referral Partner Program

Referral partners receive commissions for bringing new paid subscribers. Self-referrals or fraudulent clicks violate these terms and will result in suspension of earnings and account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

Orbezio is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
